Phoenix reviews, word for word.

We do not pay for reviews, offer discounts or gifts for them, or ask for them in front of the technician. Nobody who works for Bang AutoGlass reviews us. The rating on this page is the one Google shows, with the date we last read it.

If something about your install was not right, call our Phoenix line, (602) 782-5144, before anything else. Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers our workmanship and defects in the glass we install, for as long as you own the vehicle.

Read side by side, the Phoenix reviews above return to the same few things: the technician turning up when we said, someone keeping the customer posted along the way, and a windshield that was checked before the technician drove off. One reviewer mentions the price being clear from the start. Another mentions hearing from us again later, to make sure the glass had held up.

Those are the parts of the job we can control, so they are the parts we ask our Phoenix team to get right every time.

Two of the sixteen reviews on our Phoenix profile give one star. They count toward the average shown above, and you can read them on Google next to the others. If you are the customer behind one of them, call our Phoenix line, (602) 782-5144; we want the chance to put it right.

When you read reviews for any Phoenix glass shop, look past the star average. A review that names the car, the glass and what happened on install day tells you more than a row of stars.
