Booking and the visit

Call our Phoenix line, (602) 782-5144, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm. The (877) line, (877) 994-5277, is answered 24/7.

What hours do you install in Phoenix?

Installs run Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Appointment requests are open 24/7 online, and customer service answers Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Can I book for the same day?

Same-day appointments are available in most areas of Phoenix. It depends on the glass for your vehicle and the schedule that day, and we tell you the options when you call or book.

What do you need from me to quote?

Start with the year, make and model. The VIN is better still, because two Phoenix cars of the same model can leave the factory with different windshields. Text a picture of the break to (877) 350-5962 so we see where it sits.

Do I need to stay with the car?

Only at the start and the end: hand over the keys, then hear the safe-to-drive time when the technician finishes.

What happens if it rains on my install day?

We do not set glass in rain or blowing dust. During monsoon season, June 15 to September 30, we watch the forecast for your part of the Valley and call to move the time if a storm is coming.

Where we can work

Will you come into a gated HOA community?

Yes, with the gate code or a guest list entry. Some HOAs ask vendors to register; tell us the rules when you book.

My apartment complex has assigned covered parking. Is that enough room?

Usually. The technician needs to open both front doors fully and reach the whole windshield. If the space is tight, a visitor spot nearby works too.

Can you work in a downtown or Midtown parking garage?

Often, yes. Tell us the garage name, level and height limit, and check whether the garage allows vendor work on site.

Do you work at the side of the freeway?

No. For safety we install where the car is parked off the road: a driveway, a lot or a garage.

Paying and insurance

Is my windshield covered with Arizona full glass coverage?

If you chose full glass coverage on your Arizona policy, a windshield is often $0 out of pocket. It is an option you add to comprehensive coverage, not automatic. We check your policy before booking. The insurance page quotes the statute.

Do you file the claim for me?

No, but we help you file your claim. The claim is opened in your name, by you, usually on your insurer's app or claims phone line. We supply the part number and our business details for it. Once the covered glass is in, our invoice goes to the insurer.

Can I pay myself instead of using insurance?

Yes. Ask for a quote with your vehicle details and you will know the price before you book.

Phoenix roads and weather

A gravel truck on the Loop 303 cracked my windshield. What should I write down?

The company name on the truck door, the truck number, the road and the nearest exit, and the time. Then photograph the damage with the date showing. Arizona's load law, A.R.S. § 28-1098, requires loads to be secured, but we cannot advise you on recovering the cost. Your notes are what anyone will ask for first.

Why did my windshield crack on its own in a parking lot?

Usually it did not start on its own. A small chip near the edge, often from weeks earlier, spreads when the glass heats in the sun and then meets cold air from the vents. Phoenix had 113 days in a row at 100°F or hotter in 2024, so that cycle repeats all summer.

My windshield looks hazy after a dust storm. Is that damage?

Wash it first with plenty of water and look again. If a frosted, pitted patch is left where the sun glares through it, the surface is sand-blasted. Polishing it out can leave the glass wavy, so if the patch is in your view the windshield should be replaced.

Does the freeway construction in the West Valley mean more chips?

Work zones put loose material and haul trucks in the lanes. The I-10 and Loop 101 interchange and the Loop 303 projects are both active in 2026. Leave a longer gap behind trucks and check azdot.gov for closures.

Glass and the warranty

Do you repair chips?

No. We replace glass only: windshields, door windows, back glass and sunroof glass.

What does the warranty cover?

Every install carries our lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers our workmanship and defects in the glass we install. New damage, like a fresh rock chip, is not covered.

Which makes do you work on?

Fifty-two vehicle makes, from the compact cars in Tempe student lots to full-size pickups on West Valley job sites. Tell us yours and we look up the exact part.
