Getting around

The freeways that tie our Phoenix area together

Valley addresses sit on a mile grid, and the freeways cut across it. This is how each part of our area connects to central Phoenix, which also tells you which roads your glass spends the most time on.

  1. I-10

Runs west from downtown through Tolleson, Avondale, Goodyear and Buckeye, and south past Sky Harbor to Ahwatukee and Chandler.

  2. I-17 (Black Canyon Freeway)

Runs north from downtown through North Mountain and Deer Valley to North Gateway, Anthem and New River.

  3. SR-51 (Piestewa Freeway)

Links downtown with Camelback East and the Paradise Valley village, then meets Loop 101 near Desert Ridge.

  4. Loop 101

Circles the north half of the Valley: Tolleson, Glendale and Peoria on the west, Deer Valley and Desert Ridge on the north, Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler on the east.

  5. Loop 202

Covers Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, and its South Mountain Freeway section links Ahwatukee and Laveen with I-10 on the west side.

  6. Loop 303

The outer western loop, from Goodyear north past Surprise to I-17 in North Gateway.

  7. US-60 and SR-347

US-60 (Superstition Freeway) heads east through Mesa toward Apache Junction and Gold Canyon; Grand Avenue, also US-60, runs northwest toward Sun City and Surprise. SR-347 is the drive south to Maricopa.

Before we come

Help the technician find your car

  • The cross streets or a landmark, such as the Desert Botanical Garden entrance or Chase Field, if the address is hard to find.
  • Gate codes, a guest list name or the call box name for gated apartments and HOA streets.
  • The garage name, level and height limit for an office or downtown garage.
  • Whether there is shade: a carport or a covered space helps on hot afternoons.

Landmarks are only for directions. We are not connected with any of them.

Service area questions

Not sure we reach you? Call (602) 782-5144 or check your ZIP in the quote form above.

Do you come to Ahwatukee and the South Mountain Freeway side of the city?

Yes. Ahwatukee Foothills, Laveen and South Mountain are all Phoenix villages we serve. HOA streets in Ahwatukee often need a gate code, so include it when you book.

How far outside Phoenix do you go?

Our Phoenix area reaches about 50 miles from the city, which covers the towns in the table above. For a town that is not listed, call our Phoenix line and we will tell you before you book.

Can you meet me at work in one town and not my home in another?

Yes. The car only has to be parked somewhere with room to work. Many customers book at the office and drive home afterward once the technician says the car is safe to drive.

My mailing address says Glendale or Scottsdale, but I live in Phoenix. Does that matter?

No. Some ZIP codes cross city lines: 85254 is shared with Scottsdale and 85310 with Glendale, and 85086 covers Anthem, New River and part of north Phoenix. We go by where the car is parked, so give us the street address and nearest cross streets.

Do you go out to Maricopa, Buckeye and San Tan Valley?

Yes. They are at the outer edge of our Phoenix area, south on SR-347, west on I-10 and southeast past Queen Creek. Give us the address when you ask for a quote, and we confirm the visit before anything is booked.

Do you serve Tucson from the Phoenix team?

Tucson has its own Bang AutoGlass listing and local line. The contact page lists our other locations.
