My windshield cracked on Loop 101. Does it matter where it happened?
No. The terms look at your policy and at where we install, not at the freeway where the rock hit. What counts is full glass coverage and a replacement put in by our technicians in our Arizona service area.
Is a back window or door glass included?
No. The offer is for windshield replacement only. We still replace door windows, back glass and sunroofs across the Valley at the normal quoted price.
When do I find out my amount?
On the call where we check your policy, before any appointment is set. It depends on your vehicle and your coverage, so two cars on one driveway can get different figures.
We have two cars in Chandler. Can both get it?
The limit is one offer per vehicle, so each car is checked on its own policy and coverage, and each one that qualifies is handled separately.
Is the payment made at the appointment?
It comes after the install, by Zelle, not before the work and not as a discount on the day.
